The Velocity Jet Card

Aircraft and operators
The highest safety ratings in the industry
Every aircraft is new-generation and flown by an independently audited, FAA Part 135 certificated air carrier holding the top rating available. There is no house exception. The audit standards are named in full on The Velocity Standard.
Refundability
Always refundable
Unflown hours are returned whenever you ask. Not a credit, not a rollover with conditions, not forfeited at an anniversary — your money back.
Hour expiry
None
Your hourly rate holds and your hours do not expire. There is no anniversary at which unflown time quietly becomes worth less.
Blackout dates
None
There is no date on the calendar you are locked out of. Peak travel dates need fourteen days notice and are priced by the market rather than by us — see the nine questions for the full version.
Overnight fees
None
The aircraft staying with you overnight costs nothing extra.
Ground hold and wait fees
None
Your meeting runs two hours long. That is what a private aircraft is for, and it does not generate an invoice.

The Velocity Standard
Every aircraft. Every crew. Every trip. Independently vetted before it is offered to you — not once at onboarding, but every single time.
We source exclusively from FAA Part 135 certificated air carriers holding the highest safety ratings available from independent third-party auditors — and we fly new-generation aircraft, not aging metal with a fresh interior. A rating is not a badge an operator buys; it is an audit they pass.
An operator can be excellent in March and have a lapsed certificate in August. Before every trip we re-confirm the operator’s current certificate status, insurance, and rating — for that trip, on that aircraft, with that crew.
Total hours are not the whole story. We verify time in the specific aircraft type and, where the destination demands it, experience with that field — Aspen in winter and a Caribbean strip at night are not routine airports.
If an operator, an aircraft or a crew does not meet the standard, we do not offer it — even when it is the only option available and even when saying so costs us the booking. That has happened. It will happen again.
Velocity AI
A concierge that actually knows the program — the terms, the fleet, and the honest flight time for the route you have in mind. It will not quote you a price, because pricing is written per member against live availability, by a person.
