These terms govern your use of velocityjets.com. By using the site you accept them. They are not the terms of any flight or membership agreement — those are separate documents, provided to you in full before any payment.
What Velocity Jets is
Velocity Jets is an air charter broker. It does not own, operate or manage aircraft and holds no air carrier operating certificate. All flights arranged through Velocity Jets are operated by independent FAA Part 135 certificated air carriers, each of which exercises full operational control of its aircraft, including all decisions relating to airworthiness, crew, routing and whether a flight departs.
This is a meaningful legal distinction rather than a formality. The operating carrier is the party responsible for the conduct of the flight.
Flight-time estimates
The configurator and the concierge on this site produce estimates, presented as ranges. They are generated from great-circle distance, published aircraft cruise speeds, and modeled allowances for routing, climb, descent and prevailing winds.
They are not schedules, quotations, or guarantees. Actual block times vary with weather, routing, air traffic control, aircraft configuration and payload. Nothing produced by these tools constitutes an offer, and no aircraft is reserved or held by using them.
Aircraft specifications
Specifications published on this site are verified against manufacturer publications and recognized industry references, and range figures are published together with the conditions they assume. They describe aircraft types in general, not any specific aircraft.
Individual aircraft vary — in configuration, seating, interior, equipment and permitted payload. Where a figure could not be verified against a primary source we publish none and confirm it for the specific aircraft at the time of quotation. Specifications for the aircraft actually offered to you are confirmed in your quotation.
No pricing on this site
This site does not publish prices, rates or quotations, and nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell at any price. Program pricing and charter quotations are provided individually, in writing, and are valid only as stated in that document.
The Velocity AI concierge
The concierge is an AI assistant provided for convenience. It does not quote prices, confirm availability, or create any binding commitment on behalf of Velocity Jets or any operator. Information it provides is general and should be confirmed with a person before being relied upon. Where accuracy matters — and in this business it usually does — call.
Intellectual property
The content, design, data compilations and code of this site are owned by Velocity Jets or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. Systematic extraction, scraping, republication or commercial reuse without written permission is not permitted.
Aircraft manufacturer names and model designations are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify aircraft types.

Where we link to another site we do so because we believe it is useful. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity Jets excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information published here — including flight-time estimates and aircraft specifications.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
