The short version. We collect what you tell us so we can answer you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with a marketing partner. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it. Everything below is the same statement at greater length, because it has to be.
This policy explains how Velocity Jets ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through velocityjets.com. It applies to this website. It does not cover any third-party site we link to.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, join the empty-leg alert list, or use the concierge, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, the trip details you describe, and anything you write in a message field.
Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, device and browser type, and any campaign parameters (UTM tags) in the link you arrived on. We use this to understand which pages are useful and which marketing is working.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through this website. Payment, where it applies, is handled separately and directly.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry — the primary and usually the only reason.
- To arrange flights and services you have asked us to arrange.
- To send empty-leg alerts, if and only if you asked to receive them.
- To understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with marketing partners or data brokers, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask to be on.
We share information in three circumstances only:
- To arrange your flight. Booking a trip requires passing necessary passenger details to the operating air carrier and, where applicable, ground handlers and customs authorities. This is unavoidable — an aircraft cannot be chartered anonymously.
- Service providers who work for us. The systems we use to manage client communication and send email operate under contract, process data on our instructions only, and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Where the law requires it. In response to a valid legal process, or where necessary to protect rights and safety.
The Velocity AI concierge
The concierge on this site is an AI assistant. Conversations may be retained so that we can respond to your inquiry properly and improve the assistant. If you ask to be connected with a person, the conversation is passed to us along with the contact details you provide, so we have the context and you do not have to repeat yourself.
Please do not enter payment details, identification numbers or sensitive personal information into the concierge. It is not the right channel for those and it will tell you so.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar browser storage for two purposes: to make the site work (remembering a form in progress, for example) and to measure how the site is used. Campaign parameters from a link you arrived on are stored in your browser for the duration of your visit so that, if you make an inquiry, we know which channel it came from.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to work, though some conveniences will not.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and client records are kept for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with our legal and tax obligations. Alert-list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to certain processing, and — if you are in a jurisdiction that provides it — to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are generally defined, but the right stands regardless.

Security
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise, but we limit what we collect, limit who can see it, and do not keep what we do not need.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, tell you directly.
