Accessibility

Our target

This site is built to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That target applies to every page and every template, including the pages generated automatically.

What that means in practice

• Keyboard operable throughout. Every interactive element — including the jet configurator’s airport search and the Velocity AI concierge — can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator at every step.
• Screen reader support. Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and heading structure. The configurator uses the ARIA combobox pattern, results are announced through a live region, and the concierge conversation is marked up as a log.
• Color contrast. Text and interface components meet or exceed the AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds, in both the light and the dark sections.
• Touch targets. Interactive controls are at least 44 by 44 pixels, and the primary mobile actions are 48.
• Reduced motion. The animated sky, the scroll reveals and the searching animation all stop entirely when your system is set to reduce motion. Nothing that moves is load-bearing.
• No traps. No popups, no modal that cannot be dismissed, no timed content, no autoplaying media, and no carousel that moves without you.
• Text scaling. Layouts are built with relative units and reflow to 200% text size and to 320 pixel viewports without loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
• Forms. Every field has a persistent visible label. Errors are described in text next to the field they concern, not by color alone.

How it was tested

Automated accessibility checks run as part of the build, and the site is checked manually with keyboard-only navigation and at multiple viewport widths on real devices. Automated tooling catches perhaps a third of real accessibility problems, so we do not treat a passing scan as an accessible site.

Known limitations

We would rather list these than imply they do not exist.

• Comparison and specification tables scroll horizontally on narrow screens. The data is fully available and keyboard-scrollable, but a wide table is inherently harder to read on a phone than on a laptop.
• Any document supplied to you separately — a proposal or an agreement — is not covered by this statement. Ask and we will provide it in whatever format works for you.
